Startup 101

Program Overview

Startup 101 focuses on the three critical initial steps that any business endeavor needs at its onset: Idea validation, effective product definition, and early customer acquisition. You want to accomplish these key steps as quickly and effectively as possible. That’s the entire premise of Startup 101.

Over six intensive weeks, this hands-on workshop emphasizes:

  • Validating your offer - Before creating the product or solution, it’s critical to identify your ideal customer(s), determine customer requirements and obstacles, and define your value proposition. This requires an effective customer discovery process, which will save you time and help position you for the next step.

  • Developing your Minimum Viable Product (MVP) - Having a solid understanding of your early-adopter customer, the next step is to develop an MVP that effectively demonstrates and confirms customer requirements and quantifiable value.

  • Acquiring your early-adopter customer(s) - The ultimate objective of the Startup 101 Program is to prepare you to acquire that ideal initial customer. And with effective discovery and initial product design, you should be able to get customer agreement and revenue that validates your business and positions you for future growth.

With Startup 101, being able to move quickly and make meaningful progress is fundamental. With that in mind, we have incorporated a sophisticated suite of AI tools specifically designed to accelerate your progress and allow you to gain traction and customer alignment.
