Scholarship Overview

I am an IT Professional with years of experience and little formal education.  It is my experience that a practical approach to technology is just as important as academic.  Many Baltimore City schools lack the resources to offer an environment where students can collaborate, learn, practice, and apply software development methodology at the introductory level.  It is my believe that a practical introduction to programming will be an invaluable foundation for students interested in pursuing software development professionally.

I am specifically offering this scholarship to high school students that attend a Baltimore City school and are in their final year.
