A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland School of Law, Steer is a longtime adviser to entrepreneurs and to established businesses. Chris is passionate about people, teams, and helping companies grow. Chris is leading the charge for SHIFT to create a monumental shift in how organizations build, develop, and grow teams. His genuine passions for building teams and in depth collaboration have produced a remarkable team at SHIFT.
