You'll learn how to build web applications from scratch.

Maybe you have the next big idea? Maybe you want to join a team who's already building the next big idea? This course will walk you through the full stack of web application development from databases to object-oriented programming in Javascript and app development on Angular. You'll be building your own apps within 12 weeks using the same programming framework that Twitter, Github, LivingSocial, and many others are using.

Can I really learn these full stack skills in 12 weeks?

That's completely up to you and how hard you are willing to work. The courses have been designed to aggressively teach you these skills in 12 weeks, but the real knowledge transfer from our experts to you comes from your willingness to follow along.

Do I need any software for the Full Stack Web Development course?

Yes, you will need the Sublime Text 3 text editor to write (you can use the free one!). You will also need Navicat Essentials for PostgreSQL. All software is free/open source, and installation will be covered during the first class.

Do I need to bring a laptop?

Yes, you'll need to bring your own laptop. If you're taking the Intro to Full Stack Web Development Course, you'll need an Apple laptop. You are eligible for an Education Discount and can get a brand new MacBook Air for around $950.

How do I enroll in a course?

The first step to enrollment is for you to 'Request More Info' about a particular course. Then, we will have one of our admissions directors schedule a short interview with you to learn your needs and goals. (Do not be afraid! We are looking for beginners.) If we are a good fit for each other then we will check our course availability and, if we have space, offer you enrollment. If you accept, we can set up payment and secure your seat.

How much does the Full Stack Web Development course cost?

The tuition for the Intro to Full Stack Web Development course is $3,400. A deposit of $1,700 is required to confirm your spot (please read our refund policy to learn more about this). If you pay for the course upfront, you will receive a 10% discount. We are willing to accommodate unique payment plans as long as the complete balance is paid before your last class.

What happens at the end of the course?

After the course is complete, we will give every student access to our Betamore Works program, a personalized career concierge service. If you took a course to sharpen your skills and have no interest in pursuing a new career, that's okay too.

What is your refund policy?

If you need to withdraw from one of our Academy courses prior to the start of the course, we will provide you with a full refund or credit good for future use towards any Betamore product or service. If you are one week or less into the course and you are unhappy with it for any reason, you can still receive a full refund or credit. Refunds beyond that point are prorated based on the date of withdrawal (you must submit this in writing to hello@betamore.com) and the amount you have already paid; during the second week of the course, you can receive a refund of up to 75% of the full course tuition, and after two weeks, no refunds will be given.
